Daily Trust Newspapers has employed, Abiodun Alade, formerly of the Vanguard Online department as it’s new Online Editor.
Alade who resumed at the Abuja Corporate headquarters of the national newspaper according to his LinkedIn profile is a Social media strategist, creative content developer, Media commentator/blogger and author.
He holds a first degree in Journalism from the Lagos State University School of Communication and Masters degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos.
Before joining Vanguard, Abiodun worked with National Mirror and The Nation Newspapers.
Abiodun is the second staff of the top rated Vanguard Online website to be hired by another national daily.
Former Online Editor of Vanguard was recently employed as Editor, Online by The Punch Newspapers.
Vanguard is Nigeria’s leading newspaper website, followed by The Punch based on the rating by alexa.com .
