Must have a broad sweep of experience in radio; minimum 8 years in operations/ programming/management, minimum of first degree.
Station Manager:
6 years radio experience including 3 years in management position; minimum of first degree.
New reporters:
HND/BA Mass Comm/Liberal arts; news training;3 years reporting experience with reputable broadcast or media company.
News manager:
Ba/Ma, trained news man/woman; minimum 6 years news experience with a reputable broadcast station.
OAP:

3 years radio experience
Company and Brand Public Relations Executive:
4 to 6 years experience managing and/or mediation with all forms of social media enhancing company image, proficient in conventional brand management, prolific with all forms of promotion and proficiency in writing.
Radio Content Producer/Part Time OAP:
18 months minimum experience in producing or putting together topics and content for on air broadcast mediums. Also 18 months experience as an AOP.
