The Norbert Zongo National Press Centre, is a media organization based in Burkina Faso and is currently accepting applications for the competition.
The Norbert Zongo Prize for Journalism honors excellence in investigation and research on subjects related to the political, economic, social and cultural life in Africa.
Categories include newspaper, radio and television.
Those interested are to submit their works published or broadcast between May 3, 2015 and May 3, 2017.
The winners of the Norbert Zongo Prize in each category will receive CFA1,000,000.
The deadline for submission is August 30.
